Our providers incorporate a blend of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we tailor your sessions to support your goals, your pace, and your readiness.
Many of our clients receive therapy alongside medication management, but we also offer individual therapy as a stand-alone service in certain cases.
