Gabrielle Stafford is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern who is passionate about helping individuals and families move toward greater connection, clarity, and emotional well-being. She believes healing happens within safe, collaborative relationships, and she strives to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and genuine respect for their unique story.
Gabrielle works with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on children and adolescents. She incorporates developmentally appropriate and relationship-based approaches to support younger clients in expressing themselves, building emotional regulation skills, and strengthening their connections with caregivers. With adults and families, Gabrielle blends systemic, attachment-informed, and strengths-based perspectives to help clients understand their patterns and move toward healthier ways of relating.
Her clinical interests include attachment, communication patterns, identity development, anxiety, family-of-origin dynamics, and navigating life transitions. Gabrielle is dedicated to creating a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, discover new insights, and experience meaningful growth.
Whether working with a child learning to name big emotions, a teen navigating identity and relationships, or a family hoping to reconnect, Gabrielle brings compassion, intentionality, and hope to the therapeutic process.
